An insight stays in draft until it receives 3 or more positive signals from at least 2 distinct sessions — regardless of your tier or team size. For solo developers, this means an insight deposited in one coding session promotes once it proves useful in subsequent sessions. For teams, different developers' sessions naturally satisfy the threshold. Dashboard votes also count as their own distinct session, so reviewing and upvoting insights from the web UI contributes toward promotion alongside MCP usage.
